Fyah: Yow rude girl yuh seh 12 o'clock is 3pm now! I hope u bring a ting wid u caw I been dying in this hole of a hotel.
Tru: Yeah man yuh done know we have di grades. jus buil' it fi me.
Fyah: How yuh manage without me Tru? you cyaan even buil' yuh owna spliff
Tru: don't puzzle it. I have a few assistants. It's all good.

Fyah: So wah we a do tonight?
Tru: Jus a likkle chillin' vibes still. I know a nice likkle spot in the Village- "Angel" It nice and yuh can smoke in a cawna (corner) if yuh mask it!
Fyah: Ok we can feature dat den. But we haffi rub some food caw mi raw nuh raas!
Tru: Yeah man mi a tell yuh.

Day 1

Angel, is tucked in a dark alley in the Greenwich Village, it's the perfect likkle spot to chill. As you all can see from the pics that's all we were doing for the whole night.We never moved from that purple couch ONCE - except to go to the bar and to faas wid the dj to request a few tune. It was definitely a relaxing night. No groundsin' (no crowds), stress- free.

Fyah: The music was a mix of R&B, hip hop and reggae
Tru: and I like the fact that the crowd was mixed too...people of all shades...having a great time
Fyah: I thought it was a nice likkle endz. Ah dem kind ah ting me love... yuh know, just a chillin' vibe... it seem to pick up around 12am
Tru: yeah caw nuff people did come in the place but it wasn't uncomfortable
Fyah: Couple hotties came in around that time, i know you saw them girl.... hahahah
Tru: yeah man one a dem (click to see see pic) never stop get message pon him 2 way... i guess him girl mussi was a look fi him.
Fyah: The vibes were full out chill! I don't know if is the herbal refreshments that enhanced the mood, but I would bet hands down that it did!!!!

Tru: No doubt! So after a few hours WELL we decided to go eat some food.
Fyah: Munchies!!!! Yeah, and Tru know this wicked spot that sell Belgian fries
Tru: The spot name 'POMME POMME'. Yeah I know it sound iffy but it is french for apple or potato, one a dem (ask Mic- I not too sure)
Fyah: I would guess potato, that's where french fries come from!?
Tru: Yeah well trus me we order a gang o' food!
Fyah: you can get anything name 'fry' in deh so
Tru: HAHAHAH! Tru dat!
Fyah: jumbo shrimp, chicken tenders, onion rings.... If you have the munchies and you dun know yuh belly going to bruk yuh pocket, then this is the place for you, the food taste wicked whether you up high or down low and it CHEEEEEEEEEEAAP!
Tru: It was off the hook... yes yuh can know di craven one dem.
Fyah: the works "gimme everyting!"... and you know in Jamaica dem teach us not to waste food... soooo... not even the grease did leff' on the plate!
Tru: After filling our bellies SUFFICIENTLY we rolled (literally) out of the restaurant..
Fyah: ... to the relief of the owners probably... and we decided to call it a night.
Tru: Naygaritis and chronic fatigue had taken its toll

Fyah: yeah and you have work at 7am. Sorry fi yuh.
Tru: don't remind me... two words for the next day at work - MASH UP!

Day 2

Tru: So it is all about the big bashment at the Q nightclub in Queens
Fyah: PEEWEE'S Birthday Bash....

Tru: I don't know how I going to manage after last night, then today at work...
Fyah: yeah, I was so tired... God knows why
Tru: I was tired myself but when we finally reach the Q club my vibes buil'!!! After a full body search by the guard dem at the gate dem confiscate yuh camera. Being the slick one that I am I was able to get in with mine.
Fyah: yeah right. You mean your little investment in a camara case paid off... you just managed to trick dem that it was a purse...
Tru: You just blew my cover... on the real though... it work.. thankfully. I don't know why dem did a hype though caw Peewee mek yuh get it back in a second anyway- chat bout!
Fyah: I didn't see what the big deal was either, cause I knew we would get it back... the gate lady just never know seh ah whaddat.com she did a deal wid, so we just had to school her... no probs, she just doing her job.

Tru: ok so we go in the place and...
Fyah: ..My vibes was on the up up up!!! That party was nothing I expected it to be
Tru: It was a decent size crowd every body bush to the bone. You know how NY niggaz do... strictly bashments. I see some shoes in deh bwoy (the real girl in me is coming out now) I was speechless (click to see pic)

Fyah: It wasn't like that dance at Amazola(?) where it was just a bag of bulls in a pen....
Tru: Amazura
Fyah: Yeah, at least HERE there were equal number men and women.
Tru: Yeah that was basically just a stage show. This was niceness galore!!
Fyah: It was bashy... we headed to the back bar and ordered a round. Rude girl, the bar did ah run!! You sight all the bubbly floating around the club?!
Tru: Trus' Me -B-, dem niggaz don't play!
Fyah: I think Peewee was just finishing his set. He was rocking the endz out!!!!!

Tru: Everybody was shaking their ass to the music.. Pretty Posse did have the crowd moving.... I love when people go out and actually dance.
Fyah: Then the MAN himself BOBBY KONDERS come tek ova di turn tables...
Tru: big up BOBBY KONDERS and JABBA...anyweh unnu deh unnu large!! yeah man dem always a bring it still... never disappoint. I want to go check them out at Carib, he told me about it when we did link at the station... is that too much of a plug?
Fyah: Naw, but we will get to that... so I went up by the booth and was clikking away, you know how we do! I am sure our viewers in Jamdown would never have guessed that we had it in us right Tru?

Tru: YAY for TRU and FYAH!!

Fyah: after Bobby Konders come off and Jabba start do him ting... I pull Konders aside and tell him 'bout the website. I tell him that we would love to interview him and Jabba for the site... and him was like..."why don't you guys come down to the studio and we can interview you?"... he was kinda out of it... I tink him did ah bun some of the highest grade
Tru: same time I see Jabba... what a coincidence... and him tell me to come plug the site on Hot 97 ...I thought that was cool... considering I wanted to interview him and not vice versa and the link was made...
Fyah: I didn't really tek it as nuttin' still.... you know how man love run off dem mout'
Tru: I know! I was like watch di two a wi go down a big big Hot 97 and dem run us like teef!!!
Fyah: OOOOHHHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo!!!!!!! hahahahaha

Tru: So Peewee birthday bashment was in all opinions one of the hypest dance I have ever been to in NY. I like fi see yard people go out, enjoy demself,and nuh keep up no form a war.
Fyah: Peewee, let it be known from hereon that the first dance in NYC that I have ever enjoyed to this capacity was this one! And that's the truth! Big respec' Peewee, thank for the love showed to the Whaddat fam.
Tru: Happy birthday PEEWEE!!! Big up fi di link... SEE you next year!!!!

Fyah: The video light was still taping by the time we was rolling out. I think there were 3 camaras running simultaneously capturing all the dutty wining, drinking and smiling, wid the gold teet' shining... dis lyme nah dun till a'morning! Trust me, the vibe was all 'round good! What time we reach home?
Tru: 'Round 6am...
Fyah: Rude girl and you have to reach work at what time?
Tru: Work, no still, couldn't mek it
